Politics Intensifies Over Development Works in the Ward; Allegations Baseless, Says Abhijeet Mahato

Political statements have intensified regarding development works in the ward under the jurisdiction of Adityapur Municipal Corporation. Former ward councilor candidate Abhijeet Mahato has termed the allegations made by Seema Rani Mahato as completely false, misleading, and devoid of facts.

Mahato stated that during his tenure, extensive development works were carried out in the ward. These included construction of paved roads, installation of paver block roads, drainage construction, improvement of water discharge systems, and installation of street lights.

He clarified that the road being questioned already has a properly constructed paver block surface, extending even up to the residence of Seema Rani Mahato, and is currently in regular public use.

Mahato further said that making statements without verifying facts reflects political immaturity. He alleged that misinformation is being spread to mislead the public, whereas the actual development works are clearly visible on the ground.

He emphasized that the public is aware and makes decisions based on performance and visible work rather than baseless allegations.

While the political atmosphere in the ward remains heated over development issues, local residents have indicated that they will prioritize verified work and tangible results.
